Surrender to Community

In order to give of oneself to our communities, it means surrendering ourselves. It means taking off the protective covering over our hearts and souls and showing up----sometimes when showing up seems like the hardest thing to do. One of the ways that we can start sharing of ourselves is with music--listening to music and participating in making music. Music can help us reach and share those deepest emotions we resist sharing.
